What is the best part of your role?
The best part of my role is collaborating with our experts and customers to understand their needs and develop the right solution for every application. Seeing those solutions make a real impact in their operations—and knowing we helped strengthen their process—is incredibly rewarding.

This deep, end-to-end understanding of the entire foundry process allows us to deliver solutions that are truly aligned with our customers’ goals and focused on delivering measurable benefits.
What do you value most about the relationships/partnerships with our customers?
What I value most is the trust we build together and the mutual benefits that come from it. When customers feel confident in our support and expertise, it creates stronger, long-term partnerships where we can work side by side to continually improve their operations.
What makes a customer interaction memorable for you?
Some of my most memorable moments come from working side by side with customers to solve a challenge and then seeing their project succeed. I especially enjoy situations where I can use my experience with green sand systems to diagnose an issue and help improve their process. Not only does it make a real difference for the foundry and the team involved, but it also strengthens the partnership we build throughout the journey.
If you could have a superpower to do your job better, what would it be and why?
If I could have a superpower, it would be the ability to instantly access and control my computer with my thoughts. With so many files, network folders, and documents to manage, being able to open what I need instantly would save time and make my work far more efficient.
