A message from Bruce W. Dienst, President and CEO of Simpson Technologies:
On October 1st Simpson Technologies became part of Norican Group. This is excellent news for Simpson and for our customers.
We have known, respected and trusted Norican’s brands, products and people for decades.
As the parent company of DISA, ItalPresseGauss, StrikoWestofen, Wheelabrator and digital brand Monitizer, Norican operates in 80 countries. It has over 8000 active customers across 30 different industries and a renowned global support network.
As a member of Norican’s global family, we can now give our customers around the world even better local service and technical assistance – and instant access to Norican’s outstanding engineering and IIoT expertise.
Norican puts innovation and sustainability front and center, so its values and strategic vision fully align with ours. For example, it was one of the first businesses to sign up to emissions reduction and net zero journeys under the Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
As part of this transaction I have taken on the additional role of President of Norican North America and will lead its fantastic portfolio of world class technologies and team. I will also lead Simpson’s integration into this great family. In fact, this process has already started.
We are digitally enabling new Simpson machines so they can connect with Norican’s Monitizer IIoT platform, learn more. The first Simpson-Monitizer installation is currently underway in North America. I know IIoT is strategically vital for many of our customers and I’m delighted we are now able to support it.
After 110 years as an independent business, we are very excited and honored to join Norican, our new, global family.
I thank all our customers and partners for their support and look forward to the future with an even stronger and more capable Simpson Technologies.
