Our skilled service engineers help you maintain peak performance—improving production, reducing scrap, and lowering operating and maintenance costs.

A Simpson service engineer will visit your plant 2-4 times a year to provide the following:
- Calibrations and fine-tuning services to reduce process waste and operating costs
- Equipment inspections and recommendations while also providing training for your operators and maintenance personnel
- Preventative maintenance reviews, spotting any trouble items before they become unexpected breakdowns
- A service call report, including suggestions for improving your Simpson equipment performance
- Reduced hourly service rates (also applicable to other scheduled and emergency service calls). No minimum labor charges on the Performance Partnership service call. Travel and living expenses are prorated with other customer visits on the same trip.

Customer "A"
- Performance Partner Member: ✓ Quarterly visits
- Professional Fees: Receives up to a 25% discount on regular rates
- Travel and Living Expenses (T&L): Expenses for the trip are distributed evenly to all customers on that trip. In many cases the expenses can be split between 5 or more customers.
- Time Billed: No minimum hours billed and travel time billed at a discounted rate
- Emergency Visits: Emergency visits made in addition to regular scheduled visits are billed at the discounted rate, but T&L expense are billed in full
- Scheduled Priority: ✓
Customer "B"
- Performance Partner Member: None
- Professional Fees: Regular rates
- Travel and Living Expenses (T&L): Expenses are billed in total to the customer who ordered the service
- Time Billed: 8-hour minimum plus round-trip travel time from point of origin
- Emergency Visits: All fees and costs are billed at standard rates
- Scheduled Priority: Scheduled upon availability
