The Simpson Analytics product line is the combination of the former Gerosa brand technology Simpson acquired from the Ing. Ricardo Gerosa Srl company in Rosario, Argentina in 1999 and the former Georg Fischer (+GF+) brand technology Simpson acquired from DISA Industrie AG of Schaffhausen, Switzerland in 2008. In 2015 the best of both of these product lines has been combined to form Simpson Analytics – the largest, most advanced range of foundry sand laboratory instrumentation in the world.
