Simpson supports the global metal casting industry through sponsorship of significant industry events. As an active member of the European Foundry Equipment Suppliers Association (CEMAFON – www.cemafon.org) Simpson Technologies GmbH in Baar, Switzerland is proud once again to serve as a Gold level sponsor of the International Foundry Forum (see www.international-foundry-forum.org).
The International Foundry Forum (IFF) is the key global event for CEOs of important casting users, ferrous and non-ferrous foundries, foundry equipment and consumable suppliers as well as high-level association representatives. Held every two years, the event – jointly organized by CEMAFON (European Foundry Equipment Suppliers Association) and CAEF (The European Foundry Association) – identifies future opportunities and challenges of the foundry industry and offers casting-related perspectives of the automotive, transportation, general engineering, energy and infrastructure industries. Participation is only possible on personal invitation from a sponsor or organizing association.
The 2016 International Foundry Forum will be held in Dresden, Germany from 23-24 September at the Westin Bellevue Dresden and will feature prominent speakers from inside and outside the metal casting industry.
