COVID-19 Announcement

Dear Business Partners,

We are currently experiencing a situation with COVID-19 that we have never experienced before.

We do not know how long this state of affair will last or what changes are still to come. Well thought out decisions and long-term strategic plans are currently being replaced by daily operational adjustments as conditions in the market are rapidly changing. In recent days we have received notices from many of our customers who are suspending operations for a period of weeks – particularly in countries like Italy and Spain.

Simpson Technologies (Deutschland) GmbH & Webac Gesellschaft für Maschinenbau mbH value the health and safety of our employees as well as our many suppliers and customers. We wish to do our part to help prevent and minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus as well as change our operations to match the current market conditions.

Therefore, we will temporarily suspend operations at our two Germany based companies – Simpson Technologies (Deutschland) GmbH & Webac Gesellschaft für Maschinenbau mbH – for the period from April 3rd – April 17th,2020.

On Monday April 20th, 2020 we will resume normal operations.
