I’m most excited about the opportunity to connect with customers and help them solve real challenges in their foundries. What is the best part of your role?
The most rewarding part of my role is helping customers solve their unique challenges. I enjoy working closely with them to understand their operations and tailoring solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and overall performance.

If you could have a superpower to do your job better, what would it be and why?
If I could have a superpower, it would be the ability to clone myself and be in two places at once. Our customers often need timely support across multiple operations, and being able to respond instantly wherever I’m needed would allow me to provide even faster, more hands-on assistance. It’s all about helping our customers succeed and making their operations run as smoothly as possible.
