Performance Partners Benefit From Our Preventative Maintenance Program

BY JOINING THE SIMPSON PERFORMANCE PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM

As an owner and operator of Simpson Technologies equipment you want to be sure it is operating at peak performance. Skilled Simpson Technologies service engineers are ready to work with you to achieve and maintain peak performance, directly affecting your production capabilities and profits through lower scrap, and reduced operating and maintenance costs.

More than 100 customers are members of our Performance Partnership Contract (PPC). As a Performance Partner, a fully qualified service engineer will visit your plant to inspect your Simpson Technologies equipment, on a regularly scheduled basis. Performance Partners obtain discounts from the standard service rates and share travel and living expenses with other Partners who are serviced on the same trip. The discounted rates will apply to any service call during any period the service agreement is in effect. Performance Partners also enjoy a discount on all machine upgrade and modernization kits.

Either two or four times a year a Simpson Technologies service engineer will come out to your plant and provide you with these benefits:

  • Calibrations and fine-tuning services to reduce process waste and operating costs
  • Equipment inspections and recommendation while also providing training for your operators and maintenance personnel
  • Preventative maintenance reviews, spotting any trouble items before they become unexpected breakdowns
  • A service call report, including suggestions for improving your Simpson Technologies equipment performance
  • Reduced hourly service rates (also applicable to other scheduled and emergency service calls). No minimum labor charges on the Performance Partnership service call. Travel and living expenses are prorated with other customer visits on the same trip.
  • Priority service escalation
